Temporary Shuttle Bus Driver

Shuttle Driver

Flexible schedule to provide shuttling services for college students via 14 passenger van between the Brunswick campus and the off-site Coastal Place Apartments. Shuttle runs from Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. A CDL license is not required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up passengers and transport them from Coastal Place Apartments to the Campus Center on the Brunswick campus/local shopping venues or vice versa.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks
• Follow traffic regulations
• Maintain a neat and tidy vehicle by performing light cleaning and monitoring for trash
• Performs related work as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
• Other Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a current valid driver license with acceptable driving record and pass a yearly Motor Vehicle Report review. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug testing. Required Experience: At least 10 years experience driving a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving larger vehicles with multiple passengers.

Proposed Salary: $13.50 per hour
