Indian Accounting executive- CA Job Description: Key Responsibilities Managing Financial Transactions: recording and managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial events. Preparing Financial Reports: assisting in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Reconciling Accounts: reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Ensuring Compliance: working with other departments to maintain financial compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and reporting standards. Assisting with Tax Filings: preparing necessary documents and reports for tax filings, such as expense records and revenue statements. Supporting Audits: providing necessary documentation and information to support internal and external audits. Budgeting and Forecasting: participating in the budgeting process and forecasting financial performance. Resolving Discrepancies: identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records. Skills Required Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and solve problems. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
