Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Role:

Part-time Driver in a non-emergency medical transportation network.

Responsibilities Include

• Safely and courteously transporting Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments.
• Using mobile tools to accept rides, follow routes, and track trips.
• Assisting riders as needed with boarding, exiting, and comfort.
• Performing basic vehicle safety checks and documenting trips accurately.

Qualifications And Skills

• Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and courtesy.
• Ability to operate mobile tools and follow technology-enabled routes.
• Customer service orientation and willingness to assist riders.
• Responsible, reliable, and attentive to trip documentation.

Key Duties:

Ensuring safe transportation, maintaining vehicle safety, and supporting access to healthcare through reliable, flexible daytime schedules.
