Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Canton, a vibrant city known for its rich history and welcoming community. This role involves manual handling and processing of storage materials, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.
• Process orders and handle boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
• Lift, carry, and move boxes manually and via hand carts, while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting.
• Load and operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely on uneven and concrete surfaces.
• Read and write English to process orders and track inventory using the proprietary computer system.
• Operate handheld scanners and safely climb and balance on ladders.
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts, and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance.
• Proficiency in using hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.
