Industrial Electrician

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a high-volume aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for electrical troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and installation of industrial production equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systemsDiagnose electrical issues using a multimeter and electrical test equipmentTroubleshoot motors, motor controls, starters, contactors, relays, and sensorsWire and troubleshoot 3-phase motorsRead and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsTroubleshoot control panels, electrical components, and production equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systemsAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and electrical projectsTroubleshoot electrical issues involving extrusion presses, conveyors, heaters, hydraulics, and auxiliary equipmentFollow all OSHA, NFPA, and facility safety proceduresDocument completed work and maintenance activitiesQualifications3+ years of industrial electrical experience preferredStrong understanding of 480V 3-phase electrical systemsExperience troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipmentAbility to read electrical schematics and wiring diagramsComfortable using a multimeter and other electrical testing equipmentExperience wiring and troubleshooting 3-phase motorsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and respond quickly to equipment downtimeAluminum extrusion experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
