Marketing Coordinator

PLEASE INCLUDE COVER LETTER WHEN APPLYING Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Reports To: Sales Director Summary Responsible for the development of marketing programs, campaigns, and policies. Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases and preparing reports. This is an in-office position. Hours M-F, done at noon on Fridays! Benefit package available, along with 401(k) Company match, PTO and 9 paid holidays. Essential Functions Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars. Develop and implement social media content and strategies. Create web content, in-house newsletters, press releases, marketing brochures, product documentation and email marketing messages. Determine and implement Google AdWords, HubSpot analytics, and video content. Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and relaying customer service requests. Coordinate Home Show/Events for Regional Sales Managers. Design social media posts, update Enercept’s website, and sales presentations for Regional Sales Managers. Update HubSpot contact information. Compile materials and coordinate activities related to special events such as holidays, trade shows, or Building Excellence Awards. Establish strong relationships with Dealers in the SIP’s industry. Maintain dealer records for compliance with the Enercept Dealer program and serve as point of contact for independent dealers. Adhere to all Enercept policies, procedures, and business ethics. Job Qualifications Education and / or Experience: Associates degree in Marketing and/or 2+ years marketing experience. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Act with integrity and professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or the ability to become proficient with the HubSpot software platform.
