If you are driven by a desire to help those who cannot help themselves, we would love for you to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Case Load Management & Resolution Efficiency Manage an active case load of 40-60 cases, ensuring timely resolution. Successfully close cases through settlement, mediation, or trial. Target average case resolution time based on case complexity. Maximize client recovery through efficient case management. Client Satisfaction & Communication Achieve a high client satisfaction score through effective communication. Respond to client inquiries within 24 business hours.
