A shipping clerk is responsible for:

Overseeing materials and products
Managing the shipment of both materials and products to customers
Keeping track of shipments and maintaining organized databases
Providing reports and delegating tasks and shipments
Preparing and processing orders for shipment
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Coordinating with carriers for pickups and deliveries
Packaging items securely and ensuring accurate and complete shipping documentation
