We're looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead an OnTrack program supporting adolescents and young adults experiencing first-episode psychosis . This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is community-based , relationship-driven, real-life care.

You'll guide a passionate clinical team, support families during overwhelming moments, and help young people reclaim their footing at a critical point in their lives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, mentor, and support a skilled clinical team
Provide individual and family therapy
Oversee intakes, discharges, and program flow
Build strong community partnerships
Create a culture focused on dignity, recovery, and long-term outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Florida licensure (or near-eligible): LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
Leadership experience in mental health or youth settings
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
A real belief in human potential
