• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 - $2,010

• Setting: Hospital - acute care / hospital respiratory therapy
• Contract Duration: 10 weeks
• Start Date: July 13, 2026
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: Nights, 6:45pm - 7:15am; every other weekend or as needed
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Requested Time Off: No more than 3 days

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required (3 years preferred) in hospital or acute care settings
• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed by NBRC
• Active Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey Board of Respiratory Care
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required)
• Local candidates preferred - Vineland, Cumberland County, Southern New Jersey
• Flexibility with scheduling and night shift experience is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the Respiratory Care process: assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating respiratory treatments
• Provide respiratory therapy interventions including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medication delivery, airway management, and ventilator support as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, physicians, and other allied health professionals) to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care
• Work toward achieving desired patient outcomes and maintain accurate documentation of respiratory care interventions
• Demonstrate flexibility with schedule and adapt to hospital needs including nights, weekends, and holiday coverage
