Compensation & Benefits PackageWe offer a competitive financial foundation designed to support your long-term personal and professional growth:
- Base Salary: $300,000 annually
- Signing Bonus: Generous lump-sum bonus upon joining
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 to cover your transition
- Supervisory Incentive: Additional $15,000 per APP/year for supervising Advanced Practice Providers
- Work-Life Balance: Outpatient-only structure with zero inpatient responsibilities
- Flexible Hours: Choose between a 4-day or 4.5-day work week.
- Protected Admin Time: 32-34 patient-facing hours per week with dedicated hours of administrative time.
- Manageable Pace: 18-21 patients per day (30-minute new patient visits; 15-minute follow-ups).
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside an experienced, supportive team of physicians and APPs.
