Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and adolescents to identify their unique mental health needs. For instance, you will initiate assessments that inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement graduate-level clinical interventions, utilizing skills in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to support clients effectively.

• Engage in interdisciplinary care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals; maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions as part of our commitment to excellence.

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication regarding clients' progress and care strategies.

• Guide clients through crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating knowledge in addressing a wide range of presenting issues, including trauma and chronic stress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with Conscious Growths, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in New York State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
