Clinic and ER - Full Time - NP/PA

Job Description Job Description APP/Provider Opportunity – West Texas We are hiring for a full-time role in West Texas, approximately one hour northwest of Lubbock. This position includes a mix of clinic and ER coverage: 4 days per week in clinic 1 weekly 24-hour ER shift Quick-hire role with a target start date of late May to early June Compensation & Benefits Total compensation is expected to fall between $125,000–$130,000 annually , plus a clinic volume incentive . Benefits include: Health benefits 401(k) eligibility after 90 days with a 3% match PTO $2,500 CME allowance Air Medical membership Paid professional association membership Paid UpToDate subscription Requirements Candidates must have at least 1 year of ER experience and be willing to relocate if needed.
