Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Salary: $32,000 annually ($2,666.67/month, plus location pay)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Are you a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make an impact beyond direct patient care? We are seeking a dedicated LPN to support our Quality Assurance (QA) and Utilization Review (UR) programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance, monitoring healthcare quality metrics, and supporting data-driven improvements throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Track, trend, and submit HBIP data accurately and on time.
Perform utilization review activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Collect, analyze, aggregate, and report utilization review data to leadership on a monthly basis.
Gather and monitor quality assurance metrics and prepare monthly reports for the QA Director.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Certificate from an approved School of Nursing.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
04 years of nursing experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with quality assurance, data reporting, utilization review, or compliance activities is preferred but not required.
