- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to maintain pristine conditions.
- Restock amenities like towels & toiletries to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms with consistent attention to detail.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance by the maintenance team.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to create a secure environment for guests and staff
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or custodial roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with energy and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods throughout shifts.
- Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
