The ideal candidate possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Installation of Residential HVAC, Including Water Heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers.
• Interact with Homeowners to Educate, Build Relationships, and Understand and Address Their HVAC Concerns.
• Develop Basic Knowledge of Residential and Mechanical Piping and Ductwork.
• Ensure the HVAC Equipment That Was Installed Is Clean, Safe, and Up to High Standards Before Departure.
• Safely Operate Hand Tools, Power Tools, Generators, and Other Equipment as Required by the Job.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ Years of HVAC Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Valid Driver's License with an Acceptable Driving Record
• OSHA 10-Hour Certificate Preferred
• EPA Certification Preferred

The Starting Base Range for This Position Is $30 - $45 an Hour. This Is the Range of the Base Pay Only, It Does Not Include Other Components That Make Up the Total Compensation Package of the Position. If Offered a Position, Your Total Compensation Package Will Be Determined by Experience, Location, Skills, and/or Education Which May Result in a Total Compensation Package That Falls Outside of the Provided Range.
