Maintenance A Position

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

We have a Maintenance A position available on shift B. To be eligible for this position, following qualifications are required:

Knowledge of progressive stamping, injection molding a plus, work with little supervision.

Qualifications and education requirements:

• Associates degree, Journeyman's card and minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or skilled trade's role
• Experience in industrial electrical, Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• Experience with PLC's and small robotics a plus but not required
• Understanding of Hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of pneumatic tooling, such as pneumatic screwdrivers

Training for this position will take place on first shift for up to 12 months.

We are operating on 4-day, 10-hour shifts and this individual would work 4 PM to 2 AM. There is flexibility to start at 2 or 3 PM also but we would prefer 4 PM if possible. OT is available and only infrequently mandated.

Starting pay for someone with journeyman credentials would be $32.68 plus a $0.90 shift premium. Benefits start day 1 and include Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k with company match 4% on 6% employee contribution. This is a union position and there are annual wage increases of $1.00 and $0.95 negotiated for the next 2 years.

The individual would spend time on day shift to confirm training before moving to the afternoon shift.
