Behavioral Health Partnerships Manager, West Coast

$80k - $115k

EOSIS

Job Description

Job Description

Why You’ll Love this Behavioral Health Partnerships Manager Job!

Are you passionate about helping others navigate life’s toughest challenges? As a full-time Behavioral Health Partnerships Manager at EOSIS you’ll have the unique opportunity to support individuals during one of the most vulnerable—and courageous—moments in their lives.

The Behavioral Health Partnerships Manager, West Coast is a business development role responsible for expanding awareness of and referral pathways to EOSIS Utah adolescent programs, with primary focus on California. The position develops strategic relationships with school districts, student services and special education teams, children’s hospitals, adolescent behavioral health treatment providers, child and adolescent psychiatrists, and other professionals who help families and school systems identify appropriate assessment and treatment resources for youth.

This role requires a strong working understanding of school systems and the ability to engage district-level and school-based stakeholders in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner. The Educational Partnerships Manager will help education partners understand how EOSIS Utah programs may support students whose behavioral health, neurodevelopmental, emotional, or functional needs are interfering with school attendance, academic progress, graduation, or successful participation in the school environment.

Working closely with the broader Business Development team, admissions, clinical leadership, and marketing, this position develops territory strategy, identifies high-value partnership opportunities, educates referral partners on program fit and referral processes, and supports a responsive experience from initial relationship development through referral and admission. While California is the primary market, the role may also support strategic growth initiatives in other western markets, including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Arizona.

The primary goal of this position is to maintain existing and build durable institutional partnerships, increase qualified referrals to EOSIS Utah programs, and position EOSIS as a trusted resource for school systems and professionals seeking appropriate behavioral health assessment, stabilization, residential treatment, education, and transition support for adolescents.

Pay: $80,000 - $115,000 + Market Differential Annually
Shift: Full-Time

Why EOSIS?

  • Time Off: 20 days of paid-time-off + 6 paid holidays
  • Insurance: Health, dental, and vision insurance + HSA/FSA
  • Education: Tuition reimbursement and discounted tuition at select colleges
  • Future Planning: 401(k) – ROTH and traditional options
  • Career Path Opportunities
  • Discount with Verizon Cell Phone Plans
Each day, you’ll help rebuild lives by making a real impact on people recovering from addiction and mental health challenges. With approachable leaders who listen, support, and encourage growth, you’ll experience what it means to be rising together in your career. A strong culture of care, where team members look out for one another and stand together through challenges, keeps you rooted in teamwork as you do meaningful, life-changing work.

Ready to help clients build healthy routines and find their path to lasting recovery? Join EOSIS as a full-time Behavioral Health Partnerships Manager, and be a steady source of support and guidance.
