What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems. 
• Conduct seasonal inspections of heating and cooling equipment. 
• Identify potential issues and communicate recommendations to customers. 
• Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately. 
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area. 
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit. 
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. 

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• Clean background. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions. 
• Team-oriented mindset and professional appearance.
