We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced technician or looking to advance your HVAC career, we provide the training, support, and opportunities you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems.
Conduct seasonal inspections of heating and cooling equipment.
Identify potential issues and communicate recommendations to customers.
Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Clean background.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Team-oriented mindset and professional appearance.
