Pediatric Registered Nurse

RN (Registered Nurse) Pediatric Surgery Center- PRNInterim Healthcare is looking to add to our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This immediate need is in a children's dental surgery center but specific dental surgery experience is not required.Schedule: The shift is 7am-3:30pm. The schedule will vary based on client needs. Staff must have weekday availability Monday-Friday.Pay: $63.60 to $74.20/ Hour depending on experienceEssential Job Duties:Assisting with pre-operative preparation, including patient assessments, medication administration, and patient/family educationMonitoring patients throughout the surgical process, including vital signs, sedation, and pain managementProviding post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, recovery monitoring, and discharge preparationCommunicating with patients and families to provide education and support throughout the surgical experienceCollaborating with members of the clinical team to ensure safe and coordinated patient careCompleting timely and accurate documentation of patient care and outcomesParticipating in quality improvement initiatives to support excellent patient careRequirements:ADN degreeCurrent RN license with the State of MNCurrent ACLS or PALSExperience working in pre-op, post-op/ PACUBenefits:Locally Owned and OperatedCompetitive Salary and BenefitsAccrued Paid Time OffHealth, Dental, and Vision Coverage Available for Full-Time (32+ hrs/wk)Company Overview: Interim Healthcare is America's leading provider of home care, hospice, and healthcare staffing.
