Psychiatrist Job Opportunity – Outpatient Psychiatry & TMS | Birmingham / Pelham, AL | Full-TimeOutpatient Psychiatrist – TMS Psychiatry Opportunity – Birmingham / Pelham, Alabama
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team serving the Birmingham and Pelham communities.
This full-time outpatient psychiatry position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, clinician-led environment with access to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services, mid-level provider supervision, and strong administrative support. The role provides an excellent balance of clinical autonomy, professional growth, and lifestyle flexibility. Ally Psychiatry is also happy to welcome and support J1 and H1b visa candidates to apply.
Psychiatrist Position Highlights- Full-time outpatient psychiatry position
- Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
- TMS psychiatry services and interventional psychiatry opportunities
- Collaborate with and supervise PMHNPs and mid-level providers
- Established outpatient behavioral health patient base
- Light shared call rotation
- Strong referral network and operational support
- Collegial multidisciplinary team environment

- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Develop individualized treatment plans for behavioral health patients
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adult patients
- Participate in and support TMS treatment services
- Supervise and collaborate with PMHNPs and advanced practice providers
- Work closely with therapists and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Participate in shared psychiatrist call rotation
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
- Interest in outpatient psychiatry and TMS/interventional psychiatry
- Experience supervising PMHNPs or APPs preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative care skills
- Passion for patient-centered behavioral healthcare
