You would be joining a company committed to "make it better" every day, for our customers and for our employees.Responsibilities:Working with long-term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisionsMonitoring proper application and utilization of wound care productsUnderstanding Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelinesEducating facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirementsOrdering wound care products through our internal system "FastCare" for the residents to receive their productsSupporting facilities wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of the wound care products coverage guidelinesRequirements:Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM or similar) preferred but could be certified in the first year of hireMust have exemplary customer service skillsMust be business savvy, sales-mindedMust be a self-starter and work independentlyMust be hard-working and motivatedMust be organized and detail-orientedMust live in the area designated and be willing to travel on a daily basis
