Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care.Locations: Home health visits in Hernando county (Brooksville, Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee, and surrounding areas). If desired, visits may also be available in Pasco or Hillsborough counties.Schedule: PRN; 5-15+ home health visits per week.
