Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
• Float between ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) as needed
• Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced cardiac support devices
• Participate in weekend rotation on an every-other-weekend basis
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements as part of the rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Experience with CT surgery patients and cardiac support devices including IABP and Impella

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and IMCU environments
• Familiarity with high-acuity cardiac and surgical patient populations
