Total Bed Count: 44
•Bed Types and How Divided: All med/surg, including 8 stroke beds

Staffing Ratios:
•Nights 1:4 or 5

Schedule Requirements:
•Call Required: No
•Float Required: Depends on staffing of other units and our current census, staff may be asked to float
•Weekend Coverage: every other weekend, or six weekend shifts per six week scheduling period depending on the need of the unit
•Scheduling Type: The scheduler schedules them where needed

•Documentation System: EPIC

Support:
•IV Teams: Yes, Dayshift
•Lift Teams: No
•Pharmacy: Yes, 24/7
•Phlebotomy: Yes, 24/7
•Transportation: Yes, 7am-10:30pm
•Unit Secretary: Yes, Department Patient Registration

Provider Coverage:
•Intensivist: Yes, 24/7
•Hospitalist: Yes, 24/7
