Project Manager

The Cybersecurity Project Manager is responsible for guiding cross-functional cybersecurity teams using Agile and waterfall methodologies, to achieve cybersecurity objectives. In this role, you will lead project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation efforts while maintaining a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles. The Cybersecurity Project Manager will foster collaboration, facilitate, and align project goals with security requirements while delivering these secure solutions on time and within budget. PMs are expected to manage full project lifecycles using Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative methods. Deliverables include Project Charters, Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and Technical Documentation. Agile readiness checklists, UAT approvals, and deployment plans. Change management artifacts like stakeholder assessments and adoption strategies Demonstrates knowledge of and contributes to project management processes to facilitate statement of work development and vendor progress management. Demonstrates a moderate understanding of core project management activities for risk, issue, decision management, dependency management, status reporting, demand, budgeting, forecasting, variance explanations and capacity management. Experience managing financials, including capital versus O&M spend forecasting, budgeting, and accruals. Facilitates collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels and serves as a role model for teamwork. Demonstrates moderate interpersonal skills, including the ability to contribute when making effective project presentations and communicates technical concepts to non-technical clients. Demonstrates basic knowledge in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile) and tools (ServiceNow, PowerBI and Jira). While it is not required it would be nice if the PM understands about Archer tool and or has experience in Policy and standard management.
