Server Assistant Opportunity at Three Creeks Kitchen + Cocktails

Three Creeks Kitchen + Cocktails is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team! We are a new local management-owned Casual Fine Dining restaurant, serving Chef-Inspired Local Favorites in the glass and on the plate. Through blending innovation, approachability, and exceptional service we strive to be more than a restaurant.

A Runner is responsible for effectively communicating with managers, servers, and hosts, and providing support in their tasks. This role demands proficiency in service procedures, a helpful attitude toward colleagues, and a dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction.

Our Associates are at the heart of everything we do. They bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of teamwork to every shift. A Runner plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the restaurant by actively communicating with managers, servers, and hosts, offering consistent support to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently. This position requires a thorough understanding of service procedures and the ability to execute them with precision. In addition, a positive and collaborative attitude toward fellow team members is essential, as the Runner is often called upon to assist in various capacities.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
