Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Greater Los Angeles Area

Salary: $80,000-$120,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project planning, including engineering, construction, technical support, bidding strategy, scheduling, budgeting, and funding allocations.
• Oversee construction projects ranging from routine and moderately complex to large, multi-contract developments.
• Analyze project designs, budgets, and schedules to ensure adherence to approved scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and expenditures through completion and certificate of occupancy.
• Manage construction contracts and project budgets.
• Lead contract reviews and negotiate change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors.
• Resolve project issues while maintaining project quality and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Working knowledge of general construction, structural concrete, rough framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and initiative.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Reliable daily transportation to and from the office and project sites throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.
