Key Responsibilities for the General Manager

Lead all FOH + BOH operations for a high-volume casual dining restaurant in Wilmington, DE
Drive revenue + control costs - manage labor, COGS, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit budget targets
Build + mentor teams - hire, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, diversity, and FUN
Ensure exceptional guest service - maintain health/safety standards, resolve issues, and create regulars
Execute local marketing + community initiatives to grow brand awareness in the Wilmington, DE market
Partner with ownership on menu development, special events, and operational improvements

Qualifications

3+ years as a General Manager or multi-unit AGM in full-service casual dining
Proven success running $2M+ annual sales with strong P&L results
Expert in labor scheduling, inventory systems, and POS platforms
ServSafe Certified; Delaware alcohol certification preferred
Hands-on leader who works peak shifts and leads by example
Passion for developing people and building a winning culture

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000 - $75,000 starting salary,
