Duck Creek Tester

We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong experience in Duck Creek Commercial Lines Insurance to join our team. The role involves manual testing, defect management, and collaboration within an Agile environment to ensure high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Design and execute test cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing Perform end-to-end testing across multiple systems Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts Execute regression testing and verify defect fixes during release cycles Provide concise test status and quality reports Required Skills Hands‑on experience in Duck Creek Commercial Lines Insurance domain Strong manual testing experience (functional, integration, regression) Experience with defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps or similar) Good understanding of SQL for data validation Exposure to API testing (Postman or similar tools) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and documentation skills Nice to Have Basic knowledge of automation (Playwright or similar tools) Benefits Capgemini offers a comprehensive, non‑negotiable benefits package to all regular, full‑time employees.
