About This Role
Join our dynamic team at Carriage House in Breckenridge, CO, where we're dedicated to providing a play-based education for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years. Our team utilizes the Creative Curriculum and Pyramid Plus approach to foster social and emotional growth. We're seeking full or part time passionate and flexible teachers who can adapt to new situations and seeks an opportunity for growth. Our floating teachers work with all ages, in all classrooms to support staff planning and breaks, fill in for absences, and maintain required child-to-teacher ratios.

What You'll Do- Collaborate with teachers to implement engaging lesson plans and ensure high-quality care for our students
- Promote a nurturing environment that encourages social, cognitive, and emotional growth among children
- Support colleagues by covering breaks and facilitating teacher planning time
- Adhere to all center policies and state regulations
- Maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment through diligent attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and security
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and achieve continuous quality improvement
- Colorado Shines Level 2 credential (or be EC Lead Teacher qualified) or be able to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, children, and parents
- Comply with all background check requirements
- If needed, enroll in 2 fully paid Early Childhood classes within the first year of employment
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field
Experience working with young children in a group classroom setting
