Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, employing various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Document all clinical interactions accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively discuss client progress and integrate diverse perspectives into treatment plans. \n
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through participation in workshops and professional development opportunities. \n
Our clientele includes diverse groups ranging from children to adults, presenting with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Through our telehealth services, we make mental health care accessible to individuals across various locations, ensuring that no one has to go without support.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A minimum of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting. \n
- \n
- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance misuse disorders. \n
- Proven ability to use telehealth systems and software to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively. \n
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams in a behavioral health setting. \n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, counselors will benefit from:
