Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve patient safety, independence, and quality of life. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
