A minimum of two years of experience as an RN Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required Strong clinical background in geriatric Home Health is required Must have OASIS experience Required Certifications and Licensures Must possess a current unrestricted RN license in state of agency operation Current CPR Certification required Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
