About the Role

The Catering Specialist Intern at Mollie Stone's Markets will focus on supporting the Hospitality and Catering Sales manager in various catering tasks from October to December. This position will work out of the Mill Valley location. The position will be reporting to the Hospitality and Catering Sales Manager. This position is an hourly nonexempt, temporary position.

Essential Functions

Provide superior customer experience for every order.

Taking seasonal catering orders by phone, answering questions, providing details, and ensuring customers understand the items and services we offer.

Editing orders in CRM system

Communication to stores regarding new and existing catering orders

Deliver Catering Orders

Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Proficiency in various computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Flexibility in schedule.

Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift at least 30 lbs.

Standing: Up to 6 hours per day

Seating: Up to 8 hours per day.

Walking: Up to 4 hours per day.

Reaching: Up to 2 hours per day

Pay range: $20-30 per hour depending on industry experience

Travel Requirements:
