Position Overview
Are you a driven B2B sales professional looking to build a lucrative career in the fast-paced staffing industry? We are seeking a high-energy Staffing Account Executive to drive business growth, expand our client portfolio, and build long-term partnerships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and target prospective clients requiring temporary, temp-to-hire, contract, or direct-hire staffing solutions.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach daily via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and local site visits.
• Engage directly with key decision-makers, including Business Owners, HR Managers, Operations Managers, and Warehouse Directors.
• Conduct client needs assessments, deliver compelling sales presentations, and present customized service proposals.
• Negotiate service contracts, pricing structures, and staffing rates within company guidelines.
• Maintain an active B2B sales pipeline to consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management & Account Expansion

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Perform regular check-ins to monitor changing workforce requirements and secure repeat business.
• Identify account growth opportunities to expand staffing volume across existing accounts.
• Resolve client service issues promptly in coordination with recruiting and management teams.

Recruiting & Operations Collaboration

• Partner closely with internal recruiters to communicate exact job requirements, pay rates, shift schedules, and start dates.
• Prioritize urgent client job orders and ensure realistic target deadlines are met.
• Log all lead activity, client communications, pipeline stages, and account notes in the company CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, business development, or account management (Staffing industry experience is a major plus).
• Sales Aptitude: Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing business.
• Communication: Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal presentation skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, email tools, and basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace applications.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
