Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and handle transactions during lunch service
- Assist guests with menu selections and address initial inquiries
- Maintain cafe items and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle complaints effectively and assist in resolution
- Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide menu knowledge
- Offer support in various restaurant roles as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Minimum age of 16 with flexibility in work schedule
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing 10-55 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Adherence to restaurant policies and guidelines
Experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects when necessary.
