A day in the life Morning Check‑In : Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day’s tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries. Client Communication : Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process. Midday Operations : Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed. Problem‑Solving : Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Daily Wrap‑Up : Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Construction Experience : 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, ideally in siding and renovation. Leadership and Organizational Skills : Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once. Customer‑Centric Approach : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively. Tech‑savvy : Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions. Problem‑solving ability : Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and on‑site management.
