Registered Nurse

Schedule: 3×12, 4×10, or 5×8-hour shifts, depending on assignment Position Overview Ambe Healthcare Staffing is hiring experienced Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract opportunities across Ohio. Positions may be available in Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ER, PCU, OR, Psych, LTC, and other specialties . Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards. Assess patients, monitor conditions, and recognize changes in clinical status. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and facility policies. Provide patient and family education as appropriate. Requirements Active RN license required; Ohio licensure or applicable compact eligibility may be required. Minimum 1–2 years of recent specialty experience , depending on assignment. Current BLS certification required. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, or specialty-specific credentials may be required. Recent acute-care or healthcare facility experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Why Join Us?
