Associate Manager, Operations / Mailroom

Salary: $68,000 – $72,000

Sign On Bonus - $1,500

center operations, lead a production team, and ensure every shift delivers on
safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time performance. If you’re an operations

What You’ll Do

Lead daily packaging center and mailroom operations to meet production, quality, and service goals.

Coordinate workflow, staffing, scheduling, and supplies to keep operations running efficiently.

Monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Oversee insert and preprint processes, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Train, coach, and support employees while reinforcing safety standards and company policies.

Help drive continuous improvement through strong communication, planning, and operational follow-through.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading operations, mailroom, warehouse, production, or distribution teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, schedule, and develop employees while maintaining accountability.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant operation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor workflow, and solve problems quickly in a deadline-driven setting.
• Experience with production reporting, inventory or supply tracking, and cross-functional coordination is preferred.
• Comfort working flexible schedules as needed to support business and production demands.

Safety & Compliance

Safety is a core part of this role. You’ll help maintain a clean and safe work environment, support safety compliance and incident follow-up, complete required OSHA training, report workplace injuries as needed, and ensure machine guards and protective equipment are properly used at all times. You’ll also communicate operational concerns, equipment needs, and potential hazards promptly to leadership.
