We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who leads with warmth, shows up consistently, and takes pride in doing things the right way, every single day.
No dental experience? No problem. We will train the right person. What we can't train is character — and that's what we're really hiring for.
Responsibilities
You'll be the first face families see and the steady presence that keeps everything running smoothly. That means:
- Welcoming kids and parents with genuine warmth
- Keeping the schedule organized and on track
- Coordinating appointments and patient flow
- Supporting families through financial and insurance conversations
- Collaborating with our clinical team to create seamless visits, start to finish
Qualifications
