Your Role The Seasonal Sales Associate is the face of the brand, delivering a customer‑first experience through engaging interactions, product knowledge, and exceptional service. You will support sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred (hands‑on experience and achievements valued). 0–1 year of relevant experience. Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight. Hiring Range $17.00 - $24.75 USD per hour.
