WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and oversee tax preparation and accounting workflows
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and overall team productivity
• Review work for accuracy, compliance, and quality
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients on tax and accounting matters
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Support and develop team members through coaching and guidance
• Ensure systems, workflows, and documentation are organized and scalable
• Collaborate with leadership on operational and strategic initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5 or more years of experience in public accounting or a related field
• Strong tax and accounting expertise
• Experience reviewing work and managing workflows
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
  

Preferred (not required):

• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  

PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENTS (REQUIRED AND PAID)

To ensure the right fit for this role, candidates will complete two paid assessments prior to hiring:

• Bank Reconciliation Test
• Senior Tax Associate Test

Both assessments are compensated for your time.
