Premier Electric is a leading electrical contractor specializing in a wide range of projects, from large-scale commercial buildings to ultra high-end residential homes. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions.

Premier Electric is growing and looking for experienced Residential Electricians to join our team in the Naples, Florida area. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy working on high-end custom homes, and want to be part of a company with a steady pipeline of projects, we'd like to hear from you.

We're seeking electricians with at least 5 years of experience performing residential electrical work. Experience working on custom and high-end homes is strongly preferred.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems
• Perform rough-in and finish electrical work for custom homes
• Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, and related electrical components
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed
• Ensure all work meets applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of residential wiring methods and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work safely and professionally on active construction sites
• High-end residential experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required; English-speaking preferred; Spanish-only candidates with strong experience will also be considered
