Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs, and will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems aligned with our overall business strategies. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or a related area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business systems and user needs to develop requirements and documentation.
• Define the scope and objectives of business systems projects.
• Formulate systems that parallel overall business strategies.
• Support mainstream skills or common HR platforms, including ServiceNow, Workday, UKG, as well as tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and PowerApps.
• Perform effective tech/vendor/solution scouting and assessment.
• Engage in CX/EX management with experience or a base level understanding.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance quality and throughput, maintaining a critical approach without relying on 'autopilot.'
• Manage programs and stakeholders effectively.
• Plan and accomplish goals relying on experience and judgment, and perform a variety of complicated tasks.

• Familiarity and comfort with Agile mindsets, skillsets, and methodologies.
• Proficient in program management and stakeholder management.
• AI savvy with the ability to leverage AI tools critically.
