Associate Pediatric Dentist

4-Day Week | $150K–$360K Typical Earnings | Greater Houston Area (Sugar Land & Richmond)

Position overview

We’re looking for an Associate Pediatric Dentist who loves working with kids, values teamwork, and wants a practice where quality care and a positive culture are non-negotiable. This role can befull-time or part-time, with a4-day full-time scheduleavailable.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a gentle, child-centered manner
• Perform operative dentistry and preventive care, and help families understand the “why” behind oral health
• Participate in sedation cases consistent with your training and credentials:
  • Nitrous and oral sedation
  • IV sedation cases supported by our anesthesiology partner
• Collaborate with our clinical and admin team to keep visits efficient, upbeat, and positive
• Contribute your ideas and strengths as we grow—your input matters here

What we’re looking for

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency Program
• Level 1 and Level 2 sedation credentials
• Friendly, approachable communication style with children and parents
• Passion for prevention, education, and doing the right thing clinically

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with laser dentistry
• Airway screening
