Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Glendale, AZ
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (post-training)
- Weekend rotation required
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system
- Track and monitor medication delivery statuses
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and pharmacy team members via telephone
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely medication fulfillment and exceed customer service expectations
- Monitor reports to identify and resolve medication order issues promptly
- Contribute to meeting pharmacy run-time commitments and supporting operational excellence
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- AZ Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification required
- Prior experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting is ideal
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication, especially telephone interactions
- Dependable, trustworthy, and focused on superior customer service
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a self-starting attitude
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative mindset
