Your Mission As a Solutions Technician, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, dealers, service providers, and other stakeholders seeking support for Autocar products. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot truck issues over the phone using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Guide customers and service personnel through effective troubleshooting and repair processes. Investigate and resolve technical concerns involving Autocar vehicles. Deliver timely and professional support to anyone seeking assistance with an Autocar product. Drive issues to resolution while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Follow established processes while demonstrating persistence and creativity in identifying the best solution. Required skills and experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and effective while managing technical issues. Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience supporting heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, or related equipment. Background in technical support, service operations, maintenance, or repair environments.
