Warehouse Supervisor – West Chicago, ILMcCollister's Global Services, a national leader in specialized logistics, warehousing, and final mile delivery, is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our West Chicago, IL facility.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, staffing, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and maintains a high level of accountability and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, and outbound shippingSupervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and leads to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environmentCoordinate with transportation and dispatch teams to ensure seamless loading/unloading and scheduling of deliveriesMonitor and optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and space utilizationPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics and customer expectationsConduct regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliationsUse warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to track KPIs and drive continuous improvementQualifications:3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a logistics, distribution, or transportation environmentStrong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on accountability and resultsFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, planning, and organizational abilitiesExperience in final mile or high-value product handling preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet in a warehouse setting as neededWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTOA dynamic, fast-paced work environment with room for career growthAn opportunity to join a respected company with a strong reputation in the logistics industryApply today and become a key part of McCollister's success in West Chicago.
