Family Medicine Physician OpportunityMarshfield Medical Center - Park Falls is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our well-established rural health center in Park Falls, Wisconsin. National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site.- Traditional practice providing both outpatient and inpatient care- Join a collegial group of 2 other physicians and 4 APCs- Work closely with all departments and a well-supportive care team, including RNs who are wound care trained- Multiple specialty providers frequently rotate onsite- Call is a 1:3 rotation for the hospital; Nurse line is 1st call for outpatient (Phone call only)- Clinic, dental center, and critical access hospital (10 beds) are located on the same campus- Excellent work-life balance (support for job sharing)4-day work week flexibilityOption A: Full Time Clinical RoleOption B: Full Time Clinical (80%) and Community Project Engagement (20%)Protected Time Dedicated to a Community Health Project Through a grant from the Orion Initiative, a grant program within the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, [provider] is able to offer 20% protected time for three years for a physician to lead a community health project.
